Prior to joining Arrow Real Estate Services in February 2012 as Principal Partner, Russ was a VP & Partner with Legend Properties for 3 years. Russ was also employed as a VP at Grubb & Ellis for 3 years and spent 25 years with CBRE where he was a Top Five Producer in the Philadelphia office and leased/sold over 5 million SF of commercial real estate, specializing in retail, office, industrial, and medical transactions. Russ was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant in 1990 and VP in 1991, has been a Gold Award winner from the Philadelphia Board of Realtors, and was the 2024 CoStar Impact Award Winner for Commercial Development of the Year in the Philadelphia Market.

Russ is eager to continue satisfying the commercial real estate needs of his existing clients, conducting tenant, landlord, buyer and seller representation, as well as assisting future clients utilizing the full services and resources of Arrow Real Estate. During the past few years, Russ has assisted with the rapid expansion of Arrow CRE from a team of five active in three states to now a sales force of over thirty agents licensed in fifteen states.

Prior to specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, Russ was an Assistant Vice President and Auditor for Wells Fargo Bank. In addition, he has five years of residential real estate experience with Paparone Home Division of the US Home Corporation and Poquessing Realtors.

Mr. Menk is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and in New Jersey. His professional affiliations include: Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Member of the CCSNJ Chamber of Commerce, Special Olympics Committee Member, National MS Society’s Leadership Committee, Penn State Varsity Alumni Club, Nittany Lion Club, and a Dugout Club Member.

Russ resides with his wife in Southampton, PA, and has two college graduated sons. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. While at Penn State, Russ was on the Baseball Team and is very active with the PSU Varsity S Alumni Association, as well as fund raising and recruiting activities. In addition to the Real Estate Broker Course, Russ has also completed several CCIM and ICSC courses throughout his career.
