Arrow Real Estate Services is seeking highly motivated, licensed agents to join its team.

We currently conduct business in PA, NJ, DE, MD, and NY, with plans to expand nationally. Our client centered and collaborative organizational structure is unique in the industry; our goal is to provide a platform for our agents to achieve their desired success while delivering exceptional service to both our agents and clients. Our philosophy and corporate structure allow our agents to focus on deal making.

POSITION: Commercial Leasing / Sales Associate

Qualifications:

• 3+ years minimum experience in commercial real estate leasing and/or sales
• An entrepreneurial drive with ability to thrive in a commission-based setting
• An active real estate license
• Communication, negotiation, networking, and problem-solving skills
• A full-time commitment to your business
