As Principal Partner, Damon specializes in retail tenant representation both locally and nationally, and landlord representation in PA, NJ, and DE representing more than 2 million square feet of shopping center and retail space.

Damon has been part of the Arrow team since 2013 and in commercial real estate brokerage since 2007. He is an active ICSC member and a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University. Damon resides in Haverford Township with this wife, two children and dog.
