Brian is a multifaceted, performance-focused Agent offering over 35 years of experience in land acquisition, contract negotiations, government land approvals, industrial, commercial and residential construction management, sales, and marketing in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

At Toll Brothers, Brian reviewed and evaluated land acquisition, new commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects for the COO and Chairman. He managed the land acquisition, government approvals, site development, contract negotiations, construction, sales, and marketing for 5 residential communities totaling over 1,200 homes.

Working for Hovnanian, he analyzed and evaluated land acquisition for commercial buildings, malls, healthcare facilities, industrial and residential development. He oversaw all phases of planning, government approvals, product and site development, budgeting, sales, marketing, and construction of 2 retirement communities, over 6,000 homes and townhouses, 2 clubhouses facilities, 3 commercial malls, and healthcare facilities. Additionally, he was the property manager for 3 malls and an apartment complex.

In recent years, Brian has focused on site selection and evaluation of industrial, commercial and residential land, as well as building in Central New Jersey, and the coastal shore markets.

Brian has lived in the shore area for over 25 years with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys sailing, boating, and surfing, as well as traveling, skiing, and hiking in the great outdoors.

Brian attended Kutztown University, and then earned a BS in Business Administration at Rutgers University. His community involvements have included coaching elementary school sports and serving on numerous committees including, Chairman of the Jr. Sailing Program, Chair of Adult Race Patrol, the Board of Trustees, and most recently as a Flag Officer and Fleet Captain of the Manasquan River Yacht Club.
