About Bryan Perchick

Bryan has been in the commercial real estate business since the late 1990s. Before joining Arrow Real Estate Services in 2013, he worked for The Costar Group, a national software firm offering proprietary commercial multiple listing and analytical research information. As a Support Consultant, he trained real estate professionals to use a web-based program that updated daily. With that experience, Bryan learned the ins and outs of the industry and earned his real estate license in 2000. Since that time, he has been involved in all aspects of the industry: retail, office, industrial, vacant land, and investment sales.

With consumer trends and spending constantly changing, and a tremendous amount of commercial space repurposing, come new realities. Research has always been the key to finding the best economic opportunities and availabilities. His goal is to keep representing his clients as they negotiate the terms and conditions of a deal until they are satisfied.

Some of Bryan’s more recent deals include Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, Verizon Fios, Taco Bell, Domino’s Pizza, Friendly’s Restaurants, and Vision Works, throughout the Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks County trade areas.

He was born, raised, and currently lives in Northeast Philadelphia. He knows the market intimately.
