About Brooke Henningsen

Having worked within the commercial real estate community for almost 20 years now, Brooke Henningsen has held numerous positions giving her a unique and diverse knowledge of the industry.

While working for National Developers, Inc., one of the regions largest privately held development and management companies, she held positions from managing the construction of residential real estate development, was the commercial real estate property manager as well as performed retail, office and mixed use leasing. Wanting to expand further in her field, she went on to become a Leasing Associate for Legend Properties where she was both a Landlord and Tenant representative.

Currently she is a Regional Property Manager for Stonehenge Advisors overseeing multiple mixed-use sites within the Delaware Valley. Additionally she is the founder of The Mercantile at Doylestown, a 25,000 sq.ft. artists and makers boutique in Bucks County, PA. As a driving creative force, she is also the initial and Co-Founding Partner of Arrow Real Estate Services. Within the creation of Arrow, she was instrumental in the development of new and innovative concepts and procedures for their approach towards commercial real estate services. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as TCN.
