Jerry Ward has been a commercial real estate professional since 1979, with a broad background in selling and leasing various property types, including office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and multi-family properties throughout the Philadelphia region.
Jerry began his career with the Binswanger Company, one of the leading commercial and industrial real estate firms in the area. During his time there, he was responsible for leasing, marketing, and managing approximately 3 million square feet of high-rise office properties in Center City, Philadelphia.
He later transitioned to the Greater Philadelphia suburban market, working with Equity Retail Brokers and then with the international brokerage firm Colliers International.
This experience allowed him to expand his expertise, handling sales and leases of diverse commercial properties, including notable suburban landmarks like The Wanamaker Building, Rydal Square in Jenkintown, and the former Five Points Shopping Center in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. His work also includes land development projects, such as transactions for the original Home Depot store in King of Prussia and stores in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, along with projects for Wawa and Pulte Homes.
Jerry received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1970 and graduated from West Chester University in 1971 with a B.A. in Political Science. He currently resides in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, with his wife.
