Charles is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, advising commercial stakeholders with leases, sales, purchases, and investment opportunities.

Over the years, Charles has leveraged his extensive business background in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including retail site selection, leasing, new store buildouts and relocations; office, medical, land development, light industrial/flex, and investment properties. In addition, Charles has experience with environmental impact, zoning and use variance requirements.

Prior to joining Arrow Real Estate Services, Charles most recently held the role of managing director at Colliers International and commercial real estate advisor at SVN Ahia Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm under the SVN International Corporation.

Before his career in real estate, Charles was a successful luxury goods executive, serving as East North American Regional Director for the Richemont Group; Regional Vice President at Birks and Mayors, and a Director for Tiffany & Co. He holds an M.B.A. from Temple University and a B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University.
