Arts, Entertainment and Restaurants!

Once a prominent steel mill and manufacturing town, Phoenixville, PA has re-invented itself as an art, entertainment, and restaurant district for Chester County.  It is now home to numerous events like the Dogwood Festival, Blues Fest, First Fridays, Blobfest, and Food Festivals to name a few.  These events draw in 200,000 attendees.

“It (Phoenix Village) is a great draw of complimentary retailers and the right mix of residences,” said Jackie Christman who is heading up the leasing team for Phoenix Village, along with Brooke Henningsen, one of Arrow’s Founding Partners, and Sales Associate Damon Di Placido.

Jackie feels Phoenixville is  “…attractive to both baby boomers and their children, along with echo boomers.” “Quality of life is a top priority (in Phoenixville).  Living in a city within a walking, vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood setting provides an authentic experience centered on active and engaging environments with food, arts, culture and entertainment.”
