Sean Robbins Sablosky is the Founding Partner & CEO of Arrow Real Estate Services and holds a Broker Of Record license in 4 states, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and Delaware.

An experience base of 40 years in the shopping center and commercial real estate industry, holding a number of positions ranging from Broker of record, operations and management through leasing and development. With his co-founding partner Brooke Henningsen, Sean has grown Arrow Real Estate Services from a small 4 person start up shop in 2012 to a 30+ person company with over 3 million square feet of listings, over 22 retailers with global, national, regional, and local site selection. Arrow Real Estate Services is currently licensed in 6 states, but offers nationwide and global site selection through our TCN network affiliates.

Sean is also an owner and Partner in the John A. Robbins Companies with over 1.2 million square feet of owned and managed retail and office space. He serves as the Principal and founder of Sablosky & Sons Management focusing on a portfolio of predominately multi family properties with some retail and office space.

For over 15 years the Director of Retail Leasing for Philadelphia based National Realty Corp, one of the regions largest and most prolific privately held development and management companies. Prior to that he was involved in operations at National Property Analysts.

Sean is very active in ICSC (International Council Of Shopping Centers) as an ambassador, having held most other local and regional positions in the organization over the last 30+ years and earning the organizations CRX/CSM certification.

When not preoccupied with Commercial Real Estate, Sean continues his over 40 years of community service involvement with public safety in both paid and volunteer positions. Earning multiple certifications as both a Firefighter and EMT, Sean is currently a First Responder and CPR/AED instructor. He currently serves as 1st. Lieutenant, rescue/recovery diver, and instructor at Telford Diving Unit (TDU). A passion for scuba diving that extends to both recreational and technical diving, Sean is certified as both a Divemaster and Instructor. Sean has taught dozens of divers over the years and has served as an Ice diving and cold-water operations instructor for the Philadelphia Police Department Dive unit.

Married for over 33 years and living in rural Bucks county Sean & Theresa share their home with their rescue lab and occasionally their two sons. Ryan who is a graduate student and holds multiple degrees in Math, Physics and English and works at Carnegie Mellon as an engineer on their supercomputer, and Kyle who after serving in the US Marines is pursuing a business degree.
