Arrow Real Estate Services is seeking highly motivated, licensed agents. Currently serving the Mid-Atlantic and New England markets, Arrow plans to expand nationally. Our client-centered organization is unique in the industry; the primary goal is to complete as many transactions as possible while providing exceptional service to our retailer and landlord clients. Arrow's philosophy and corporate structure unburdens our agents from non-productive tasks, such as pointless meetings and time-consuming reports. With Arrow's support, agents are free to focus on completing deals.

Requirements:

• Actively licensed as a Real Estate Sales Person or Broker.
• Proven sales / negotiation skills and track record.

• Ability to contribute to the organization.
